Strictly! Fun Fitness Latin in Line Dance Class<\/h1>\n

Dancing in lines, using Latin techniques, this is a fun, energetic class to get you moving on a Wednesday afternoon. Also great to meet likeminded people. Sandra is a brilliant dance teacher, who is highly regarded and much sought after.<\/p>\n

You will gain a knowledge of Ballroom and Latin American dance steps while having fun and exercising to great music<\/div>\n
Give it a go and get those positive vibes and energy going<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Your teacher is\u00a0 Sandra Bracken of Bracken Ballroom and dance<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Sandra and her husband Dermot have been dancing together for a long number of years.<\/div>\n
They were trained here in Ireland by the well know dance teachers Marie and Jim Barber.<\/div>\n
They also trained in the U. K.\u00a0 for 10 years under the very famous World Champions<\/div>\n
Christopher Hawkins and Hazel Newberry.<\/div>\n
Sandra and Dermot were ranked the top couple in Ireland at senior level for 4 years<\/div>\n
They represented Ireland on many occasions in World and European Championships<\/div>\n
They also appeared on BBC Come Dancing.<\/div>\n
In 2019 Sandra was invited to adjudicate\u00a0 the Amateur World Championship at City West Hotel Dublin.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
